Medical Nutrition Therapy is a program that features a registered dietitian teaching individuals how to improve their health and manage certain diseases through healthy eating. Michele Hiatt, RD, LD, can help you manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, cardiovascular disease, food allergies and eating disorders. You must have a physician referral for this service and some insurances may cover certain medical conditions.
