COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE INFORMATION

Blood Donation Working in partnership with LifeShare Community Blood Services, SJMC will host blood drives located at SJMC Building 2, First Floor, Auditorium B 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Tuesday, February 14, Friday, April 27 and Friday, June 29

Health Care Access is a program designed as a resource to access healthcare services for the uninsured. Program referrals can be made by anyone including community agencies, churches and physician offices. Contact: 440-925-0010

Mobile Medical Care provides traditional physician house calls (office visits) for the homebound elderly (either at home or in an assisted living facility). Patients must be 65 years of age or older and have traditional Medicare coverage. Continuity of care is provided through regular visits from the physician and nurse on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule.
