Community Assistance Information

Assistance for Seniors with Questions on Hospital Bills and Insurance Forms
Are you a senior who needs assistance in understanding complex medical bills and health insurance forms?

Health Care Access is a program designed as a resource to access healthcare services for the uninsured. Program referrals can be made by anyone including community agencies, churches and physician offices.

Mobile Medical Careprovides traditional physician house calls (office visits) for the homebound elderly (either at home or in an assisted living facility). Patients must be age 65 years or older and have traditional Medicare coverage. Continuity of care is provided through regular visits from the physician and nurse on a monthly or bi-monthly schedule.
