St. John West Shore (SJWS) Hospital is connecting community members with health and wellness through its new magazine, community Health Connection.
The St. John Medical Center community Health Connection includes the latest information on many of its primary service lines, such as the UroDynamic Center and the Spine & Orthopedic Center as well as new and important additions to the Hospital. The publication was mailed to approximately 80,000 residents of Bay Village, North Olmsted, Westlake, Avon, Avon Lake, Olmsted Falls, North Ridgeville and Rocky River.
Cliff J. Coker, President of St. John Medical Center, said he is proud of the publication and states it is a great way to keep the community updated on hospital progress, as well as promote health and wellness.
“With the publication, readers will share in a number of personal testimonials from our patients,” said President Coker. “Ultimately, we hope this new publication will keep residents apprised of our activities.”
The summer 2008 inaugural edition includes a letter from the president as well as information on the Festival of the Arts, free community shuttle, Accredited Primary Stroke Center, Emergency Department, Center for Sleep Disorders and Pain Management Center.
Health Connection is available online or by mail by contacting the Hospital’s marketing and public relations department at 440-827-5148.
