Childbirth Education - 6 Weeks

Childbirth Education - Saturday - 2 Days

9am-1pm, Auditorium B - $85 - Includes infant care class, scheduled separately

Bradley Method - Wednesdays

7-9:30pm, Auditorium A - $150 - 12 Week Class
This method focuses on a natural, un-medicated childbirth in the absence of medical complication. Emphasis is placed on nutrition, exercise, coaching and the natural process of labor and birth.

Session I: January 6 - March 24
Session II: April 14 - June 30
Session III: September 15 - December 8 (No Class on November 24)

Warm Water Immersion - During Labor Day

7-9pm, Auditorium A - No Fee
Learn about the soothing, relaxing properties of hydrotherapy during labor.

Holistic Birth Center Orientation Talks

7-9pm, Auditorium B - No Fee
Topics surrounding natural childbirth options, including hydrotherapy, aromatherapy, and relaxation techniques will be discussed, along with criteria for utilizing the Holistic Birth Center.  RSVP 877-597-6348

Breast-Feeding Class

Prepare yourself for the experience of breast-feeding prior to your baby's arrival. All questions answered.

A healthy and highly effective way for a couple to understand and cooperate with how a woman's body works to achieve or postpone pregnancy.
