Bradley Method - Wednesdays

7-9:30pm, Auditorium A - $150 - 12 Week Class
This method focuses on a natural, un-medicated childbirth in the absence of medical complication. Emphasis is placed on nutrition, exercise, coaching and the natural process of labor and birth.

Session I: 1/4 – 3/21
Session II: 4/11 – 6/27
Session III: 9/19 – 12/12 (no class 11/21)

Natural Family Planning - 3rd Monday

6:30-9pm - $135 - UH Clague Road
A healthy and highly effective way for a couple to understand and cooperate with how a woman's body works to achieve or postpone pregnancy.
