Directions: From I-90

Exit at Crocker Bassett and go South on Crocker Road for 2 miles. The hospital will be on the left.

Directions: From I-480

Exit Stearns Road. Turn right on Stearns Road heading north toward Lorain Road. Cross over Lorain Road and continue on Stearns Road it becomes the Stearns/Crocker Extension, continue north and the Hospital will be a short distance (2.5 - 3 miles), on the right hand side of the street. Directly across from the Church on the Rise.
